The primary role of the IT System Administrator is to assist in managing the information technology (IT) information security infrastructure.

Review applications and services process for compliance with security policies and standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with other groups on projects to ensure appropriate security measures;
  • Monitor the network infrastructure, as well as capacity planning;
  • Analyze security logs with appropriate follow-up of any anomalies. Recommend and implement changes in the way access authority is issued;
  • Assist in the auditing and test of the IT disaster recovery procedures;
  • Evaluate and recommend security products for various platforms and initiatives;
  • Develop and write IT Risk Management procedures. Communicate security awareness to management and staff;
  • Assist internal and external audit teams in resolution of any outstanding security issues;
  • Ensure protection from virus; Denial of Service (DoS) attacks and network intrusion;
  • Security assessments including review of all environment initiatives for compliance to security policies, standards and practices;
  • Monitor industry security bulletins (i.e., SANS, CERT, etc.);
  • Monitor virus alerts;
  • Timely update of the operational systems, firewalls, anti-virus, and other software of the company’s servers, routers and firewalls;
  • Timely update of the operational systems and anti-virus software of the company employees PCs and laptops;

Job Requirements:

  • At least seven years experience in systems and network security;
  • University degree in computer science preferred;
  • Understanding of networking and Internet security, network concepts and protocols;
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, project management, analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Familiarity with security technology tools, such as Checkpoint, ISS, NFR, COPS, tripwire, TCP wrapper, strobe, and Satan; also, NT/Unix environment, Lotus Notes, VPN, SSL, Internet/intranet technologies, firewalls, DMZ, Certification Authority, Single Sign on security monitoring, Directory Services, Cryptography and Public Key Infrastructure;
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, FTP, LDAP, HTTP and SSL;
  • Security impact on application development coding and product integration i.e. (Visual Basic, Access, JAVA, XML, iOS etc);
  • Working knowledge of database security i.e. (Oracle, DB2, UDB, SQL server);
  • Familiarity with regulatory and industry security (PCI DSS) requirements;
  • AS/400 security preferred but not required;
  • Familiarity with back up systems;
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects;

The VP of Sales leads and manages the optimization of the company’s marketing and sales. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree, MBA preferred;
  • 10+ years of sales experience in online media, IP licensing, digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a sales or marketing management position;
  • Demonstrated success in converting relationships into revenue;
  • Technology, media and online marketing experience a plus;
  • Experience presenting at Board level with confidence and poise;
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior corporate executives to other critical levels of product management and business operations;
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and sales productivity;
  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and revenue numbers to high levels of success;
  • Confident and capable, a self-starter with minimal need for direction;
  • Intellectually robust and agile with the ability to make quick decisions when required;
  • Understands the demands of a public, emerging growth company;
  • The ability to build an effective sales and licensing team including determine the best organizational structure; identifying; attracting and inspiring top talent; and, constructing a highly motivating reward structure;
  • The proven ability to manage revenue per the business plan;
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential;
