Mike Zoi

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mike Zoi serves as the Chairman and CEO of Net Element, Inc. A pioneer in the development of advanced technologies, Mr. Zoi brings an outstanding track record of prospering green tech and high tech companies to our organization. He co-founded Ener1, Inc. Mr. Zoi also founded EnerFund, a privately held investment group with interests in a variety of high-growth sectors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Zoi worked in international finance and business development.


Kenges Rakishev

Director

Kenges Rakishev, a noted global business leader designated by Forbes as one of the 50 most influential people in Kazakhstan, serves on the board of directors of Net Element. Kenges, an accomplished investor with multiple business interests worldwide, also is chairman of the board of directors for several large companies including SAT & Company (KASE: SATC), a diversified industrial holding. Kenges also is chairman of the board for Kazakhstan Petrochemical Industries, the lead operator constructing the first integrated gas chemical complex in Kazakhstan, as well as Vyborg Shipyard, one of the largest shipbuilding companies in northwest Russia. Throughout his career, Kenges has served in several top positions in both the public and private sector, ranging from head of marketing for KazTransGas and Intergas Central Asia to advisor for the Kazakhstan Interior Ministry and Department of Education.


James Caan

Chairman of Openfilm & Director

James Caan serves on Net Element's Board of Directors and also serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board at Openfilm. Mr. Caan studied acting in New York and soon began to work in numerous TV roles, making his big screen debut with the starring role in Lady in a Cage (1964) with Olivia de Havilland. He quickly garnered the attention of audiences and critics with his work in Red Line 7000 (1965), El Dorado (1966), Journey to Shiloh (1968) and The Rain People (1969). In one of his most acclaimed roles, Mr. Caan was cast as the hot-tempered gangster Santino "Sonny" Corleone in Francis Ford Coppola's The Godfather (1972). The film earned Caan a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination. That same year, he received a Best Actor Emmy nomination for the award-winning Brian's Song. He later reprised the role of Sonny Corleone in The Godfather: Part II (1974). Mr. Caan made his directorial debut in 1981 with the film Hide in Plain Sight (1981), which won him accolades from every known film critic.


Felix Vulis

Director

Mr. Vulis is currently Chief Executive Officer of Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ("ENRC") (LSE: ENRC.L), a FTSE 100 company, and has been Chief Executive Officer of ENRC since August 2009. ENRC is a leading diversified natural resources group with integrated mining, processing, energy, logistics and marketing operations. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of ENRC, Mr. Vulis was Chief Operating Officer of ENRC since December 2006. Between 2002 and 2006 Mr. Vulis was First Vice President of Eurasia Industrial Association. Before joining the ENRC group in 2001, Mr. Vulis was President of UNICHEM K, LLC. From 1990 until 1995 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of AGC Group, Inc.


Curtis Wolfe

Director

Curtis Wolfe serves on the Board of Directors for Net Element and also provides his expertise as an "Idea Guru" for all of our properties. Mr. Wolfe brings a rare blend of legal expertise, business acumen, and creative capabilities to our organization. Previously he has served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of private equity company Ener1 Group, Inc., the largest shareholder of alternative energy company Ener1, Inc. Prior to Ener1 Group, he was a partner in an international law firm based in Miami where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, startup company financing, franchising, and intellectual property. His experience also includes equity and debt offerings and compliance with reporting requirements for publicly traded companies. Mr. Wolfe served for 11 years in the United States Air Force. He has a BIS in English, Mathematics and Latin American Studies from Weber State University and a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated with distinction.


Dmitry Kozko

Director

Dmitry Kozko is a Co-founder & EVP of Business Development of Net Element, as well as Co-founder & CEO of Openfilm. Dmitry is dynamic entrepreneur who possesses a sharp analytical mind and a unique ability to lead within varying operational environments. Prior to helping shape Net Element into what it is today, Dmitry co-founded Openfilm.com, a company dedicated to aspiring filmmakers and fans of independent films, where Dmitry still remains as the CEO. A hands-on executive, Dmitry is involved in all aspects of Net Element's operations, from strategy to execution. Dmitry also manages all global operations, marketing and sales initiatives for Net Element. Previously, he also worked with an investment group, where he learned the ins and outs of incubating start-up companies and taking them to market.
