Senior UI Artist

Net Element is seeking a creative Senior level UI Artist to join our UI team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a consistent art style throughout the entire project interface;
  • Works closely with design and technology teams to conceptualize and prototype interface functionality, look and feel;
  • Creates conceptual wireframes, user flow diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes to solidify design direction and plans;
  • Identifies priorities and gaps in current designs, and contributes/iterates creative solutions;
  • Provides artwork to support team-wide project communication and vision;
  • Communicates designs in a technical manner for programmer implementation;
  • Creates mock-ups using Photoshop or Flash;
  • Leads the Iterative process with team to perfect the UI design;
  • Defines visual and art standards/systems for the UI and ensures all creative material is consistent.

Qualifications:

  • Significant UI design experience is required;
  • Excellent graphic design skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop;
  • Knowledge of Flash and 3D programs (Max or Maya) is a plus;
  • Ability to create art assets (especially icons) matching existing art styles.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Graphic Arts, or related field is required;
  • At least 5 years of UI experience and graphic design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating these skills.

Communication Manager

Net Element, Inc., a technology company that creates and incubates leading Internet portals in diversified markets such as film, music, legal, medical, dating, and motorsports, is seeking a self-starting, energetic individual to join our team as a Communication Manager in our growing organization. This position will be located in our Miami, Florida office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all company and member communications, public relations initiatives, site text writing, and marketing activities;
  • Develops and implements all communications strategies;
  • Assembles weekly Net Element Spotlight: Week In Review newsletter;
  • Writes member communication e-mails;
  • Writes and/or edits all site text;
  • Writes and/or edits other communications, both internal and external, for Net Element, executives;
  • Facilitates a variety of marketing and communications plans to promote new company features, webcam chats, and competitions.
  • Improves visibility of the site via SEO text;
  • Updates social media pages;
  • Oversees, writes, and edits internet ad campaigns;
  • Facilitates weekly conference calls between external Public Relations firm;
  • Manages all Public Relations initiatives including agency relations;
  • Facilitates all communications and activities associated with competitions;
  • Garners Executive’s and investors’ approvals;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication inclusive of journalistic copy writing and copy editing skills;

VP of Sales

The VP of Sales leads and manages the optimization of the company’s marketing and sales. The VP of Sales is an executive who applies previous expertise in revenue generation and leads the go to market strategy for generating more revenue. This position will constantly surface critical prospects, create sales opportunities, and deliver the road-map for the sales cycle. This leader will evaluate and establish goals, measure results and optimize performance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement the sales and marketing plan to create demand and achieve business objectives;
  • Building relationships with key marketing and media decision makers within agencies, brands and other prospective client organizations;
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initiating contact through closing and building an ongoing and escalating relationship with clients;
  • Participate in top management decision making across the entire business system and to help create and execute a powerful value proposition;
  • Monitor revenue pipelines of each revenue stream to determine level of risk to obtaining desired goals. Suggest alternatives and options to executive staff lower risk and accelerate revenue;
  • Create and implement marketing initiatives that support the business plan;
  • Work with prospective clients to develop creative branded and sponsorship solutions;
  • Recruit and manage a diverse sales and licensing organization supporting business objectives;
  • Join the executive team and helps craft the Company’s strategies;
  • Present to investors and board of directors as required;

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related degree, MBA preferred;
  • 10+ years of sales experience in online media, IP licensing, digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a sales or marketing management position;
  • Demonstrated success in converting relationships into revenue;
  • Technology, media and online marketing experience a plus;
  • Experience presenting at Board level with confidence and poise;
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior corporate executives to other critical levels of product management and business operations;
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and sales productivity;
  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations and revenue numbers to high levels of success;
  • Confident and capable, a self-starter with minimal need for direction;
  • Intellectually robust and agile with the ability to make quick decisions when required;
  • Understands the demands of a public, emerging growth company;
  • The ability to build an effective sales and licensing team including determine the best organizational structure; identifying; attracting and inspiring top talent; and, constructing a highly motivating reward structure;
  • The proven ability to manage revenue per the business plan;
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential;
  • Self-confidence matched with a willingness to collaborate and successfully engage with colleagues;
  • Advanced ability to generate/edit Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations from CRM management systems;
